For those of us who reside in the United States, tomorrow we will be celebrating our Thanksgiving Holiday. The Success Series team is truly grateful for the wonderful support that we receive from all of you, we appreciate it very much.
With Thanksgiving already upon us, it means that the end of the year will soon be here. Now would be a great time to look back on your year and acknowledge all that you have accomplished and what it is that you are grateful for. It could be something as simple as waking up every day or having transportation to and from work or for your family and friends. If you are able to read this, there is one more thing to be thankful for.
We here at Tom Hart Success Series Seminars & Coaching are thankful for all that we have accomplished this year. And, we are working hard and looking forward to providing even more to you next year. We are thankful for the coaching and guidance that Tom has shared with you, and us, as individuals and as a team. Tom is thankful for all of you: “It is because of YOU that I continue to be motivated, challenged, and am constantly searching for ways to make all of our lives happier and more successful. I know I could not do what it is that I enjoy doing so much if I did not have the support of people like you”.
Now, as we have all heard Tom say, here is your homework:
Exercise an Attitude of Gratitude. Take a moment today to focus on who you are grateful for, and why. Write down their names and then touch base with at least two of them and tell them.
Scientific research has shown that by exercising an attitude of gratitude we receive many benefits:
- Gratitude reduces our stress.
- Gratitude inoculates us from negative emotions.
- Gratitude sustains our relationships.
- Gratitude improves our health.
Given these four ways gratitude can benefit us, we’d say we have some very good reasons to give thanks throughout the year! Once again, we thank you for your participation, your feedback and for being a part of Success Series. THANK YOU and have a wonderful day of Thankfulness!
Here is a little Thanksgiving video to inspire you: Sometimes you just want to say thank you
