You can have a positive attitude about the events in your life, or you can complain\u2026 YOU decide. You can choose to respond in a positive way to almost any event or circumstance \u2013 the attitude you have is simply a choice you make. If you change your attitude, you can change your life.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u201cAny fact facing us is not as important as our attitude toward it, for that<br \/>\n<\/em><em>determines our success or failure.\u201d<br \/>\n\u2013 Dr. Norman Vincent Peale<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The best attitude you can possibly aspire to is one of gratitude. Be thankful for what you have and you will attract even more to be thankful for. Try to be grateful for even the difficult situations in your life. View each challenge as an opportunity to grow as a person. Keep a positive attitude and you will attract more of what you want.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Action step<\/strong>: Each evening, before going to bed, take a few minutes to review your day. Think about the day\u2019s events and be grateful for both the many good things that happened and the challenges you encountered.
